January 2015 SPOTLIGHT: Another Successful Toy Drive

Miss Coley's classroom has been decorated with red and green since the end of October. It wasn't because she forgot about Halloween and Thanksgiving!!! It was her not so subtle reminder for students to bring in toys for our annual toy drive!!! And, as always, the Quigley Catholic family came through with flying colors! Because of the generosity of our families, we were able to donate 161 toys to Our Lady of Fatima's St. Vincent de Paul to be handed out to children in need in our own community. This was 30 toys MORE than last year!!! Way to go!!!

Congratulations to the Freshmen class who donated the most toys (based on % participation). They will receive a free dress down day for their efforts. They led the donations with 215% participation - that's more than 2 toys each! The Seniors followed with 134%, the Juniors with 107%, and the Sophomores with 65%. All of your donations were greatly appreciated.
