On Saturday, September 20th, Quigley Catholic held it's 3rd annual Soccer Tailgate and saw the return of Homecoming. A bright, warm day greeted all those that attended for good food, freindship and competition. The Lady Spartans fought a tough, hard battle against New Brighton and fell just short of victory. In between Soccer games, the 2014 Quigley Catholic Homecoming Court was announced to the more than 200 attendees of the event. The second soccer match saw the Spartan men defeat Beaver County Christian by a 2 to 0 score. Later that evening, the Quigley Catholic held it's Homecoming dance at the school and announced this year's King and Queen, George Burnet and Olivia Fyda. All hail the King and Queen. It was a great day and evening to be a Spartan!
